Smith River Steelhead Fishing Season to Open:     SMITH RIVER: Steelhead Steelhead fishing on the Smith River Oregon sites will open Dec. 1 upstream to Sisters Creek on the mainstem and to bridge ten (~14.5 miles up the N.F.
